Moreover, compared to previous editions, it has an extra day on the calendar – Tuesday, September 17 – and a better diluted organizational structure. Following the traditional inauguration of the fashion center, Fendi will kick off the Milan event in the early afternoon of the 17th, followed by Marni and Alberta Ferretti. Although the Giorgio Armani collection will be presented in New York on October 17th, on the occasion of the opening of the new Madison Avenue flagship store, Milan Fashion Week will not be lacking the most famous womenswear brands: Prada, Gucci , Versace, Dolce&Gabbana, Emporio Armani, Tod’s, Max Mara, Ferragamo, Missoni, Roberto Cavalli, Bottega Veneta and Diesel are among them. There will also be space for emerging players such as Marco Rambaldi, Calcaterra, Sunnei, Andreadamo, Francesca Liberatore, many of whom are concentrated on Sunday, the 22nd.
Among the key events of Fashion Week, in addition to the Milano Moda Graduates event dedicated to honoring the best talents of fashion schools, the Cnmi Sustainable Fashion Award will be held on Sunday September 22 at La Scala Opera House.
In parallel with the fashion shows, from September 19 to 22, the White show, dedicated to the brand, will also take the stage in Milan. From 2025, the event has decided to align its calendar with that of Milan Fashion Week, which will retain an extra day and slightly adjust the dates to facilitate Pitti Uomo. The location remains the same: Tortona Fashion District (September, specifically Tortona 27, 54 and 58).
However, right after, Paris, fresh from the Olympic and Paralympic Games, will focus on one fashion show: Valentino’s, the first collection of new creative director Alessandro Michele.
