She added: Everyone living in Qatar loves this wonderful land and they prefer to stay there during their holidays, I even noticed that some of my friends prefer to invite their families to visit them rather than go to them.
Fatima continued: Qatar has everything, including festivals, competitions, hotels, Qatar has become one of the most beautiful and attractive countries for tourists. She added: “I really enjoy spending time in the library and what makes me enjoy it even more is that there is a special area for children, I can now take my daughter there with me and despite her young age she loves the place, the atmosphere, the children around her, in addition to the special educational games suitable for her age, which encourages me to participate and get her used to reading and learning.
As for other places that Zada likes to visit during her vacation, she explains: I found that there are many places suitable for children and families, especially because the country has many diverse and open tourist facilities, such as Souq Waqif, Lusail Trail, Pearl and Katara, where we found many activities, and I think that the activities held in the open areas can accommodate a wide variety of tourists, including children, teenagers, seniors, individuals and families.
Zada went on to say that the Cultural Village (Katara) remains her favorite destination to enjoy time, especially on special occasions and New Year’s Eve. She said: Katara is a tourist and cultural destination that residents and tourists flock to during holidays. Holidays and seasons, taking advantage of the beautiful beaches, stone-paved streets and a variety of restaurants offering… There is something for everyone with food from different cultures.
She pointed out that the streets of the cultural district are characterized by narrow, winding streets reminiscent of ancient Furjan, and each street leads to a landmark of the area, with pigeon towers erected at the entrance. Faisal Al-Athba said: Young people and families can find the tourist destinations they want during the holidays and even throughout the year. I think it is better to postpone travel to the summer, because we will look for places where the climate is not too hot. Given the high temperatures in the country, it is suitable to walk around and visit tourist attractions, but in winter, it is recommended to stay at home and support domestic tourism, especially because the country offers many tourist facilities and interesting places.
Speaking about his favorite places, Faisal explained: For me, in winter, I prefer the sea and the rain, and of course, gatherings with friends on the farm. As for places within Doha, I found that the Cultural District became my favorite destination for holidays and activities, especially because of the long-term activities suitable for families, such as art festivals and mock performances… The heritage of the area attracts children and adults.
