The BerichtenboxCN app will be available on July 1, 2024. BerichtenboxCN is an app for government services in the Caribbean Netherlands. You will receive government messages quickly, securely and always have them at your fingertips.
The Dutch Caribbean Tax Authority is the first service to use the BerichtenboxCN app. You will receive messages from the tax authority quickly in a digital message box, you always have the information at hand and can use it as a reference/archive. Even if you do not live in the Dutch Caribbean year-round, you will still receive messages via the app. There are also plans to expand Message BoxCN to include other government services.
First, we start with messages from the tax collection department of the tax authority, followed by messages from the collection department. The messages you receive include invitations to submit tax returns, assessments, payment requests, payment reminders, receipt confirmations, requests for additional information, and objection statements.
How to use the BerichtenboxCN app?
To download BerichtenboxCN you need a MyCN account (with one-time verification), your crib number and a smartphone or tablet. The app is available for smartphones and tablets for Android and IOS, older versions of these systems are also considered.
