Matsmart and Nick’s have stepped up their collaboration to launch a new snack bag featuring bite-sized snack bars using 60 per cent less ingredients.
Nick’s x Saved by Motatos Crispy Caramel Bites contain almond and caramel fillings, coated in milk chocolate. Like all Nick’s products, they are free from added sugar, gluten and palm oil. These bites are perfect for lunch boxes, nibbling on a coffee break or sharing with friends.
Saved by Motatos was founded by Matsmart with a mission to reduce food waste. Shockingly, one-third of all food produced globally is wasted, much of it before it even reaches the consumer. Thanks to clever innovations from Nick’s R&D team, production scraps and leftover ingredients are given new life in the form of delicious snacks.
The snacks come in 120g sachets and are available exclusively through Matsmart Sweden, Matsmart Finland and Motatos Denmark: matsmart.se, matsmart.fi and Motatos
We are delighted to be partnering with Nick’s to launch Saved by Motatos Crispy Caramel Snacks. Not only does this partnership result in a delicious and healthy snack, it also underscores our commitment to reducing food waste. By using 60% saved ingredients, we are making significant progress towards making sustainable food delicious and accessible to everyone,” said Peter Beckius, CEO of Matsmart/Motatos.
