Abdou Karim Mbengue, representative of the National Regional Planning Agency, said that through investigations, 31 land titles, 16 long-term leases, occupation warrants issued by the Minister of Finance, and 33 occupations without rights or titles were identified, of which 29 were subject to authorizations issued by local authorities.
