Mass suffocation… Chlorine tank explosion kills dozens in Fallujah hospital

The ministry said in a statement received by Al-Sumaria News that “the emergency department of the Fallujah Teaching Hospital received several people who were suffocated after the explosion of a chlorine tank at the Al-Tahadi water filtration station in southern Fallujah. This resulted in multiple cases of suffocation, an estimated seventy cases of varying degrees of suffocation, including members of the “civilian” community.”

She confirmed that “the emergency department mobilized health personnel to receive incoming cases and provide necessary first aid, and all cases have recovered and been discharged.”
