Celebrations for the lavish wedding of the son of Asia’s richest man resumed on Saturday with a star-studded guest line-up that included Hollywood celebrities, global business leaders and two former British prime ministers.
Billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s youngest son Anat and fiancée Radhika Merchant (both 29) will tie the knot in Mumbai, India this weekend after months of pre-wedding parties.
A blessing ceremony will be held on Saturday at the 16,000-seat convention centre owned by the Ambani family conglomerate, where rich and famous people from around the world will attend and pay tribute to the couple.
It will be followed by a huge party, with unconfirmed reports suggesting pop stars Drake, Lana Del Rey and Adele may perform.
