Meteo-France It is declared that from about 8pm on Tuesday 9 July until midnight on Wednesday 10 July, there is a possibility of occasional severe thunderstorms.

From Tuesday afternoon onwards, there will be occasional severe storms in the Moselle. These highly stormy conditions will continue until midnight between Tuesday and Wednesday. In the second half of the night, the storm will continue throughout the Moselle department until 10 am on Wednesday.

Strong gusts

In the strongest storms, strong gusts of 70 to 90 km/h, sometimes even up to around 100 km/h, are possible, as well as hail, heavy rain of 10 to 20 mm or more in an hour or less, 30 to 40 mm or more in a few hours, and strong electrical activity.
