At 19:26 on Saturday evening, the automatic fire alarm was triggered in Skutviken.
The fire department was dispatched but soon determined there was no fire.
– The result was theater smoke, said Stian Kvam, director of the 110 center.
He said the smoke came from a fog machine. Why it was used was unclear.
Police operations managers said they were not involved.
– But we were informed that several students were enjoying the festival by the tunnel with music and loudspeakers. We drove to the scene but did not see anyone, said Floyd Koltvedt.
He is the operations manager for the Western Police District.
