Residents of the settlements of Koptsevi Hutola, Fedorovka, Yakovlevka, Tinkovka in the Lipetsk Oblast, Russian Federation are being evacuated for safety. Temporary accommodation (TAC) and transport are being prepared.

“In order to ensure the safety of residents, it was decided to evacuate the following settlements: Koptsevy Khutora, Fedorovka, Yakovlevka, Tynkovka. Residents of these settlements must comply with the instructions of representatives of the emergency services,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.

The governor also announced that the Lipetsk region is entering a state of emergency to eliminate the consequences of the explosion of explosives.

“In order to eliminate the consequences of the explosion of explosives, a state of emergency is being imposed in the Lipetsk city district,” he wrote.

The regional head added that passenger transport in Lipetsk and the Lipetsk region will not operate until the danger of drone attacks is lifted.

“Passenger transport in the city of Lipetsk and the Moscow Lipetsk region is currently stopped, and will be restored after the red danger level is lifted,” he said in the Telegram channel.

Earlier, it was reported that the city of Lipetsk was hit by a large-scale drone attack on the evening of August 9. Due to the crash of the drone, the power facilities were damaged. The next issue is the power supply.

Russian media also reported a fire at a military airport in the Lipetsk region.
