Letter from readers: Innovation and entrepreneurship…

Greetings and happy Monday to the coordinators of the newspaper OPAÍS! Last Friday, I heard the Minister of Industry say that the future of our country depends on the innovation, determination and long-term vision of young people. I agree.

Carlos Rodríguez’s position reflects a clear understanding that the country’s economic future should not rely solely on natural resources but on a diversity that promotes new ideas and solutions.

With the help of new technologies and market trends, our young entrepreneurs have the opportunity to create businesses that meet the current needs of society. This not only creates jobs but also promotes socio-economic development.

Innovative initiatives can help address local issues, such as a lack of infrastructure or basic services, demonstrating that entrepreneurship can be a powerful tool for progress.

On the other hand, the determination mentioned by the secretary is an important aspect in facing the challenges on the road to entrepreneurship.

We must recognize once and for all that developing a resilient mindset is critical to developing business leaders who don’t give up in the face of adversity and continually seek creative solutions.
