“The security plan was developed to ensure the safety and well-being of our citizens, as well as to protect essential services and ensure that supplies can arrive agilely and efficiently when distribution of supplies is initiated.”

This suggests that most agents will be on the street within 12 hours. Apart from, Uniformed personnel in administrative duties were deployed to intensify preventive patrols on various roads in Puerto Rico and coastal areas.
