Onua TV’s radical presenter Captain Smart has harshly criticised the New Patriotic Party’s vice presidential candidate, Matthew Opoku Prempeh aka NAPO, over his comments on the reign of Ghana’s first president, Kwame Nkrumah.
Speaking at the announcement as the running mate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Dankwa Akufo-Addo said the government of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has achieved more for the Ghanaian people than even the Nkrumah government.
The Manhya South MP’s remarks have drawn strong backlash from the public and some public figures.
One of those public figures was Captain Smart, who was outraged by the NDA’s allegations.
Smart angrily ranted on the show that Dr. Nkrumah’s political achievements were more useful to Ghana than the eight years of New Patriotic Party (NPP) rule under Nana Akufo-Addo!
