The Israeli military acknowledged that a senior commander of its logistics support battalion was killed by Palestinian resistance forces in Gaza on Saturday.

Hours after the initial announcement, the occupation forces admitted to killing a soldier from the same unit.

The Quds Force disclosed their deaths in a statement today. “Both soldiers announced dead today were killed when fighters from Saraya Al-Quds detonated explosives under their vehicles in the suburb of Al-Zaytoun community in eastern Gaza City.”

Israeli news media also announced that 11 Israeli soldiers were injured in a “serious security incident” in Gaza, but did not provide further details.

Qassam Brigades (Hamas)
