MADRID (Euronews). – US Vice President Kamala Harris has warned that J.D. Vance, Donald Trump’s chosen vice presidential candidate in his attempt to return to the White House, will only be loyal to the former president and not to the United States. She has warned against his “extreme” agenda.
“Trump has chosen his new running mate, J.D. Vance. Trump is looking for someone he knows will approve of his extreme agenda. There is no doubt that J.D. Vance will only be loyal to Trump, not our country,” Harris said in a short video shared on their social networks.
Thus, the “number two” of the current US President Joe Biden distinguished Vance from Mike Pence, the former vice president during Trump’s term, and warned that his new dolphin “will execute” the plan to reverse the results of the 2020 election.
“He supports a nationwide abortion ban and voted against protecting in vitro fertilization. And, if elected, he would help implement Trump’s extremist 2025 plan in a second term, which would target key programs like Head Start or Medicare,” he added.
Vance was elected to the Senate in 2022 after being endorsed by Trump, a former critic of the president. In recent years, his positions have moved closer to those of the most hardline Republicans, and now he has been chosen by the former president as his running mate.
