Biden dropped out of the race against Republicans and former President Donald Trump weeks ago amid pressure and concerns about his health and ability to serve another four years.
Biden shed tears last night as he gave a speech at the Democratic National Convention after the audience greeted him with applause.
Biden said he has no animus toward Democrats who have called on him to drop out of the 2024 presidential race and reiterated his support for Kamala Harris.

“All this talk about how angry I am at people who say I should step down — that’s not true,” Biden said as the crowd chanted “We love you, Joe.”
“I love my country more and we have to preserve our democracy. America, I love you,” he added.
