The Jenin Brigade and the Qassam Brigades teamed up to kill and injure several Israeli soldiers in the Damaj community of the Jenin refugee camp in the northern West Bank.
According to a statement released by the brigade on Saturday, the operation was a “rigid ambush” carried out by a number of fighters from two resistance factions.
Since the Israeli attack on several towns and refugee camps in the northern West Bank on August 28, resistance factions have been actively trying to repel the invading forces.

“Qassam militants are engaged in armed clashes with Zionist forces in the town of Dan, west of the city of Jenin in the West Bank.
“After they returned from the battle lines…Qassam fighters, working with the Nasir Salahuddin Brigades, reported that a Zionist D9 military bulldozer was hit by a barrage of shells near the Al-Quds Open University in the Tal Sultan neighborhood, west of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.”

“Our fighters continued to target enemy forces on all battle axes and fired a large number of bullets and explosive devices at infantry units, achieving direct hits.
“Our fighters sniped a Zionist soldier near the Saqqara Mosque on Tutah Street in the southern part of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City.
According to local sources, Israeli troops are evacuating wounded soldiers who were ambushed by resistance forces in the Al-Damj neighborhood of Jenin city.

“In cooperation with the forces of Martyr Omar Qassem, we bombarded Zionist enemy soldiers and vehicles on the Netzarim axis with multiple large-caliber mortar shells.
“In cooperation with Saraya Al-Quds, we bombarded the concentration of enemy soldiers and vehicles in the western part of the Netzarim axis with multiple large-caliber mortar shells.
“Fighters of the Saraya Al-Quds Brigade, in cooperation with fighters of the Qassam Brigades, sniped a Zionist soldier in the forward area of the Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City.
“Thanks to Allah and His grace, our fighters of the Jenin Brigade, in cooperation with the Qassam Brigade, managed to conduct a tight ambush on the Zionist infantry units as they advanced towards the Damji axis. Our fighters used appropriate weapons, resulting in the death and injury of the members of the unit.
“Our fighters continued to target enemy forces on various combat axes, raining heavy bullets on infantry units on the Al-Mayhoub axis and achieving direct hits.”
