According to preliminary information, the target of the attack in Naqoura was a car belonging to a cleaning company working with UNIFIL, whose employees used to commute to the command headquarters in the town every day, Al-Hurra website reported.
The Israeli military has not yet commented on the incident.
In a related context, Israeli Army spokesman Avichai Adlaei said on Monday that Israeli forces attacked Hezbollah military buildings in five areas in southern Lebanon.
He added that “over the course of several hours last night, Air Force warplanes attacked Hezbollah military buildings in Yaroun, Aitashab, Hanin, Tyre, Hafa and Blida in southern Lebanon.”
