Summer may be coming to an end soon, but there’s still something new to experience on the Shore, like Brothers Daley, a new restaurant and bar in Sea Bright. Open Wednesday through Sunday, this upscale Irish-style restaurant features indoor and outdoor patio seating and plenty of warm lighting, including chandeliers, stained glass lamps and string lights. The menu includes items from the raw bar; appetizers like Irish soda bread and deviled eggs; entrees like sweet corn ravioli, brioche halibut and overnight lamb shoulder; and Irish-themed desserts like white chocolate whiskey cake and Irish coffee. The extensive bar menu includes a variety of drinks, including wines, mixed drinks, Irish beers and whiskeys.
