Dili, July 9, 2024 (TATOLI) — The Indonesian delegation to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) held a meeting with the Timor-Leste technical team at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation in Dili.
Sidarto Reza Suyodipro, director general of the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ ASEAN Cooperation Department, said the Indonesian government is committed to continuing to support Timor-Leste’s human resources training and development.
Milena Rangel, Deputy Minister for ASEAN Affairs, stressed the importance of exchanging experiences between the Indonesian delegation and the Timor-Leste technical team, especially in the economic pillar.
The event was attended by representatives of the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy, the Ministry of Tourism and the Environment, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Trade and Industry, and the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Inclusion.
