The Governor of Latakia, Engineer Amer Hilal, expressed condolences on behalf of President Bashar al-Assad and First Lady Asma al-Assad on the death of Mrs. Almaza Kamel Hassan, wife of General Ali Aslan, former Chief of the General Staff of the Army and the Armed Forces.
General Aslan and his family expressed their gratitude to the President and the First Lady for their generous gesture and hoped that God would grant them good health and the ability to face all difficulties.
