Impact Hub Tbilisi startup accelerator is about to launch



The Tbilisi Impact Hub begins accepting startup applications for the 2024 Accelerator Program. The 12-week program, implemented with the support of the TBC project “Startuper” and the EFSE Entrepreneurship Academy, aims to develop early-stage technology startups and increase their ability to attract investments.

Twenty teams, selected based on application and interview, will participate in the accelerator. Early-stage startups that have created or built a technology and have an initial prototype (MVP) or a developed action plan for development are eligible to participate.

The accelerator will mainly host In physical format and will continue12 weeks (October 2024 – January 2025). The program includes theme sessions, conferences, practical work, individual mentoring, “networking” events, use of common workspaces in the Impact Center, external visits to Madrid for startups that have passed the final stage, and Demo Days where teams will receive the opportunity to receive investments to develop and scale their startups.

The startup accelerator was created in 2021 by the Tbilisi Impact Hub initiative team, which underwent a dedicated training course at leading international acceleration programs and, based on the experience gained, established a local acceleration program to address the challenges of the local startup ecosystem. During this period, a total of 81 startups in 4 streams participated in the program. In total, participating teams received investments/grants of up to $2 million. The program’s portfolio includes the following successful startups: Helio AI, Roommate, Wenroll, STori AIWimpler, the legislator, connect, Upway, SOS Auto, Tasteit, Wowchy, Neuropilot.
