iciHaiti – Announcement: «ASYVAL» customs value control module is put into operation

The General Directorate of Customs (AGD) informs economic operators, approved customs brokers, importers of goods, heads of customs offices, all customs personnel and the public that, in order to coordinate the customs valuation process for imported goods in all customs offices, the customs value control module “ASYVAL” has been put into operation in the Automated Customs System (SYDONIAWORLD) from May 27, 2024.
It is important to note that each imported commodity will be assigned a tariff specification code (CST) based on its specific characteristics, and currently, the CST created and integrated in SYDONIAWORLD is only related to tariff category 1006 concerning “Rice”. We will notify you when other CSTs are created and implemented.
The Information Technology Department and the AGD Control Department are ready to provide you with any assistance related to the operation of the ASYVAL module.
