Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made the announcement in the National Assembly, referring to the criticism of his teammates that the opposition played music in the streets during the disasters in Lori and Tavush, and his wife was also organizing the celebrations.

“From what I understand, one of the main goals of the event is to work towards comforting, consoling the relatives of those who died in the 44-day war, to stand by them, to help them, so that blacks no longer dominate.”
