Hot weather will continue in southern, eastern and central Kazakhstan until the weekend

Central Asia (KZ) – According to the Kazakhstan Meteorological Service, the weather in most parts of Kazakhstan will remain unstable from August 15 to 17, with rain, thunderstorms, strong winds and possible hail expected.

Heavy rains will occur in the northwestern and northern regions of Kazakhstan from August 15 to 17, in the central regions on August 16, and in the eastern regions of Kazakhstan on August 17. Winds are also expected to increase across the republic.

At the same time, daytime temperatures will drop to +18+28°C in the west of the republic, +15+26°C in the northwest and +18+23°C in the north. High temperatures will remain at +35+38°C in the east and southeast of the country, +41°C will be reached in the south on August 15, and +35°C is expected in the center of the country.
