The 2022 financial audit includes 18 local and regional (regional) self-governing units, namely nine counties (Brodesko-Posavska, Istria, Koprivnica-Krizhevčka, Osijek-Baraniska, Požega-Slavicska, Primorsky Krai-Gorski Kotar, Split-Dalmatia, Virovica-Podravska and Zagrebacka), four cities (Karlovac, Osijek, Otočac and Požega) and the municipalities of Belek, Preška, Tisno, Vidovec and Vratišnica.

“We found that not all necessary activities were carried out to regulate the management, use and maintenance of public and other shelters for Croatian citizens,” Malakovic noted.
