A 34-year-old Belgian tourist has risked his life in Italy. He was taken to hospital after attempting to jump from a 30-meter-high bridge in the Flore Gulf on the Amalfi Coast, according to Il Quotidiano Della Costiera.
His entry into the water did not go as smoothly as he had imagined. The 30-year-old man miraculously escaped but suffered spinal injuries.
Fortunately for our compatriot, rescuers were quickly dispatched to the scene. The Belgian’s condition was stabilized on the beach and then transferred to hospital.
