Toronto (Canada). – The mansion of the Canadian rapper Drake A Toronto hotel has been badly affected by the heavy rain that has lashed the city over the past few hours and flooded some rooms.

The 37-year-old singer showed a video on his Instagram profile in which his Toronto residence appeared to be completely flooded by the rain that was falling at the time, with the water reaching his ankles.

“An Expresso Martini would be best,” the “Hotline Bling” singer wrote on the social network, referring to the similarity of the brown color of the water entering the residence to that of the famous cocktail.

According to some media reports, Drake’s house is called “The Embassy” and is located in Toronto’s luxurious Bridle Path neighborhood.

Yesterday’s heavy rains led to widespread waterlogging and power outages in the city.

The storm left about 175,000 people without power, according to authorities, and several subway stations in the city – Canada’s most important – were flooded.
