Hama’s Criminal Security Service has arrested a person wanted for theft and confiscated counterfeit foreign funds in his possession.

Series of steps:

Within the framework of tracking and prosecuting wanted criminals who trade in currencies other than the Syrian pound, through tracking and surveillance, the Criminal Security Department of Hama arrested the so-called (Ali.H), confiscated his property. Motorcycle, and seized counterfeit money worth 800, 800 US dollars from him. By checking his situation, it was found that there were two criminal search broadcasts against him (theft of vehicles – theft of farms). After interrogation, he admitted that he was the target of the above two search broadcasts and the source of the counterfeit money was one of his hidden relatives.

Necessary action has been taken against him and the confiscated items will be produced to the judicial authority of proper jurisdiction.
