Minister of the Interior and Territorial Communities, Garry Conille, visits the Ministry of the Interior and Territorial Communities building in downtown Port-au-Prince, which was looted and damaged by bandits.
During his visit, Gary Cornely took the opportunity to invite the public to identify The real enemy of the Haitian nation.
Cornely further explained: “The real enemy of the people is the criminal gangs that terrorize the people and prevent citizens from doing what they want to do freely…Criminals are now one of the most formidable enemies of the state.”
“The real enemy is the politicians who are holding the people hostage. The real enemies of the people are the corrupt and corrupt elements who squander public funds. The real enemy is those who supply weapons and ammunition to the young people in densely populated areas…” Citizens were asked not to mistake their targets or enemies.
“The Ministry of the Interior and Local Authorities will be repaired and put back to serving the people and the communities,” Corneille assured.
