New Haitian Consul in Orlando
The Consulate of Haiti in Orlando notified the Haitian community that Nedgie Phanord Jean Baptiste is the new consul and that she is open to all suggestions for developing better policies to engage with the Haitian community.

CEP Stands for: Deadline
