Well, Haiti still needs a lot. It needs a policy with solid foundations that can find answers to the main issues identified in the April 3 agreement. Public security, food security, health security, economic recovery, national conference, justice, elections, conflict.
What else does he need? It requires means, honesty, skills and, most importantly, political will to do the work and achieve results that meet the expectations of the people.
