On June 11, 2024, the decree appointing the members of the government of Prime Minister Gary Cornille was published in the official gazette Le Moniteur Special N°26
Ordered:
“(…)
Having regard to the Constitution of the Republic;
Having regard to the Decree of 17 May 2005 on the Organization of the Central State Administration;
Having regard to the decree of 17 May 2005 amending the General Statutes of the Public Service;
Taking into account the decree of April 10, 2024 establishing the Presidential Transition Council;
Taking into account the Order of April 16, 2024 appointing the members of the Presidential Transition Council;
Taking into account the Decree of May 23, 2024 determining the organization and functioning of the Presidential Transition Council;
Having regard to the Decree of 28 May 2024 appointing the Prime Minister;
deems it necessary to appoint members of the Cabinet of Ministers;
Order
Article 1.-
Citizen Garry CONILLE has been appointed Minister of Internal Affairs and Territorial Communities;
Citizen Dominique DUPUY was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship;
Citizen Dominique DUPUY was appointed Minister of Haitian Affairs Abroad;
Citizen Ketleen FLORESTAL was appointed Minister of Economy and Finance;
Citizen Ketleen FLORESTAL was appointed Minister of Planning and External Cooperation;
Citizen Vernet JOSEPH was appointed Minister of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Rural Development;
Citizen Raphaël HOSTY was appointed Minister of Public Works, Transport and Communications;
Citizen James MONAZARD was appointed Minister of Commerce and Industry;
Citizen James MONAZARD was appointed Minister of Tourism;
Citizen Moïse JEAN-PIERRE Fils was appointed Minister of Environment;
Citizen Antoine AUGUSTIN was appointed Minister of National Education and Vocational Training;
Citizen Antoine AUGUSTIN was appointed Minister of Culture and Communications;
Citizen Georges Wilbert FRANCK was appointed Minister of Social Affairs and Labor;
