Gulf stock markets rose collectively in the first few trading days of this week

Stock markets in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries rose on Sunday in the first trading day of the week.

During the UAE market holiday, the Saudi Stock Exchange’s main market index “TASI” rose 0.90% to 11,771.69 points, with a turnover of 5.09 billion riyals.

In Kuwait, the Kuwait Stock Exchange General Market Index rose 0.64% to 7,111.06 points. A total of 202 million shares were traded in 11,796 transactions, with a value of 46.5 million dinars.

The Bahrain General Index rose 1.12% to 1,932.20 points. The stock trading volume was 474,911 shares worth 162,078 dinars.

The Qatar Stock Exchange Index rose 0.24% to 10,077.32 points. The trading volume for the day was 118.078 million shares, worth 221.347 million riyals.

The Muscat Stock Exchange 30 Index rose 0.31% to 4,659.47 points. The turnover reached 1.223 million riyals.

Outside the Gulf region, the Egyptian Stock Exchange’s main index (EGX 30) rose 2.72% to 29,532.67 points.
