Serious football cannot tolerate improvisation, combinations, friendships, lack of responsibility, especially in the most sensitive department – the sporting department on which the entire club depends. It cannot tolerate bad choices, nor can it tolerate a lack of pride, even national pride, if this is not in the character of the players, especially when there is a provocation from someone on the opposing team. They are Guerrilla If some of the things mentioned were sorted out in time, and attention was focused on the opportunity that had arisen after seven years of waiting, buying crumbs from the table instead of “witch hunting” and patting each other on the shoulder, maybe there wouldn’t be a second European brawl. From a team that worked and prepared in wartime conditions, objectively European average.

What made the cheeks even hotter was that Dynamo Kyiv played against Partizan with an all-Ukrainian team. No overpaid foreigners. “Miracles” from Curacao, Honduras, Congo (…), but all Ukrainians, launched a national attack, unopposed. At least physically, proud and shameless, like the former students of the Youth School of Alexander Stanoevich in the first semester of Humska, did, not allowing anyone to wave a finger in their face or question the reputation and credibility of the club.

A team without personality and pride

The existing black and white “leftover women”, let alone the harsher “o” word, can’t even bear the burden of the Chinese Super League, let alone the more serious European competition. Even Dynamo from Kiev, a team from a war zone, plays domestic games in the danger of the air, and there are domestic “coolies” in the team. However, as we have said, with a clear system and organization, focus on the ultimate goal, instead of wandering and looking for alibis.

If there were objective circumstances last summer, with Partizan preparing without a team, with fewer professional staff, and with the relationship between the coach and the sports department completely out of whack, reinforcements would have arrived retroactively and completed the team on September 2, when it had already been eliminated from Europe, So what is the reason for the current weakness?!

The entire team from last season remained together (except Samed Bazdar, who was not even a starter), the team was upgraded according to the tactics of the pro staff, now there are ten coaches, giving priority to defense (left back, left back) and midfield (defensive midfielder). Dure also hired two right backs, and after the departure of Arangelo Stojkovic and the injury of Marko Zivkovic, there were big doubts whether they were Stanojevic’s choice, but it was ridiculous that last night in Lublin, two defenders played in this position, taking turns? ! Who understands – will understand.

The Partisans received a serious warning last week against Napredek when, despite all the money they put in and the size of their side, they failed to take a shot on goal or make any impact on a team whose entire squad was worth the equivalent of one black and white footballer, but from the 67th minute onwards, they were one player short.

Against Dynamo, there was no chance of qualifying. Anyone who has watched at least one of the Ukrainian teams in preparation for a match will have seen that the team strives for a simple, direct style of football, a clear approach to the game, a clear offensive structure, quick transitions and a sense of responsibility. Everything that Stanojević himself might have strived for in Partizan, but on Tuesday night in Poland he could see 25 to 30 minutes of heavy pressing, standing in the box, and then an epic collapse, all the shortcomings of the team he led, from physical, football to character.

Now, after the game, we heard coach Stanojevich say: Then a new “group” of reinforcements appeared, a new evacuationwith an account without an innkeeper, after which Partizan may exceed the figure of 30 players under formal contract. Because he has not yet gotten rid of Franco Kanoute, there are still numerous Leonard Owusu, Bojan Kovacevic, and possibly the fat Goch, the flabby Severina…

Who will take responsibility?

Shopping is always the best medicine to “stain your eyes” at the beginning, but it is also the sweetest excuse to make up for what may not have been done correctly before and avoid more specific problems. As for the guerrillas, the question should still be raised: who should be responsible for the missed opportunities after seven years, besides Stanojevich, who is certainly exposed every day.

Is that Milorad Vucelic? The president, who has resigned for several months, at this moment, believe me, will not roll the stone on himself like Sisyphus and take everything on himself, but he will certainly and undoubtedly want that in the first tangible action he will not (at least partially) sew the success to himself.

The sports department led by Ivica Kralje? After Partizan finished fourth in the Super League and second immediately after, that is, after two memorable experiences in Europe and five changes of coaches, has Partizan already existed for two years in a seriously illegal situation? Who tracks and scouts the players (we do not include Miralem Suleimani, as he has just joined the club), how are they introduced and with what references do they come to the club? How is it possible that the head coach Stanojevic uses a goalkeeper at right back and recently hired two more right backs, one of whom did not even go to Poland and the other is a reinforcement who played in Latvia for 28 years and 6 months? !

If the coach publicly stated after the disastrous defeat to Dynamo that the club had to conduct a Dupsang selection because the existing personnel could not keep up with the strength and speed of Europe, were these players hired at the level of Partisan?

So, IMHO, how could it be possible that players from the Russian Second League, from Vozhdovac or Vojvodina, in their mature years, when they returned in their best playing days, appeared on the “radar” of Partizan? Tomic, Zvonimir Vukic, Sasa Ilic, Krstajic, Zoran Tošić, Škuletić, Lazovic, and bought Cleo, Dihala, Zuka, Moreira, Sadik, Souma, Naso…?

Missing discount

If a football player who has been suspended since last year for the red card against North Jesland is taken on a trip and has his hotel paid for, as was the case with Nemanja Nikolic, who is responsible? What happens if it happens to be in the protocol?

There are more questions, strange decisions and unknowns, which will surely be detailed when the lines are drawn. Partizan was eliminated by Dynamo Kyiv in an upset at the start, and even the famous fairy tale writer Hans Christian Vucelic no longer believes in it, despite the replay. The rescue train is arriving from Lugano, but if Humska does not let go, they will also be “ploughing” in the “fields” of Serbia next year, without vision and in debt.
