A 60-year-old man died after falling from the roof of his home into a shaft at a construction site in Gozo on Tuesday morning.
Police said they were called to the address at Triq id-Duru in Nadur at around 8 a.m. “Unfortunately, the victim was certified dead at the scene.”
After Magistrate Dr. Bridget Sultana learned of the case, she assigned several experts to assist in the investigation.
Police are still investigating.
