President Myriam Spiteri Debono received a courtesy visit from members of the Gozo Chamber of Commerce at St Anton Palace last week.
At the meeting, members outlined the role that the Gozo Chamber of Commerce plays in safeguarding and enhancing the commercial interests of business operators in Gozo.
They said this was to be achieved by promoting diversification of the island’s economy, identifying challenges and proposing solutions to issues that particularly troubled Gozo.
