Cuernavaca (apro). – The elected governor of Morelos, Margarita González Sarabia, presented this Wednesday her economic cabinet, reporting that the Ministry of Mobility and Transport is disappearing and that a coordinating body will be created in its place, while she also recalled three portraits of former government officials PAN member Marco Adame, who converted to Morenoism a few years ago.

A week after she presented the Social Cabinet (Well-being, Education, Health, Culture and Women) at the Museum of Popular Indigenous Art of the Autonomous University of Morelos (UAEM), this time the Morelos Party presented the heads of the economic sectors; development; agriculture; sustainable; tourism; and infrastructure.

In addition to downgrading the transport sector to a coordinating sector, within this entity the concessionaires are exerting strong pressure on Cuauhtémoc Blanco to authorize an increase in the minimum fare from 10 to 14 pesos after leaving the government, while preparing a march to deny the possible increase.

Margarita González Saravia decided to include a character who had been part of the PAN team. Víctor Sánchez Trujillo, who left the PAN years ago and joined Morena, will be Minister of Economic Development. Like Marco Adame, this character is responsible for agricultural issues.

He also appointed Javier Bolaños Aguilar, a member of two PAN governments in the state. He will be in charge of the National Water Commission, as he was before. Finally, Iván Elizondo Cortina, who was previously deputy secretary of education with Marco Adame, will now be economic development coordinator and technical secretary of the Investment Board.

Meanwhile, Margarita Galeana Torres, an expert with extensive experience in this field and in public administration, has been appointed to the Ministry of Agricultural Development. Daniel Altafi Valladares, the incoming Minister of Tourism, was for many years director of the Mexican Gardens theme park created under Graco Ramírez.

In this morning’s statement, Margarita González also re-employed Adolfo Barragán Cena, one of the first opposition municipal presidents to take office in the PRD at the time. He was mayor of Jiutepec. Today, he joins the department, now called Public Works, as Minister of Infrastructure.

Among the young people he appointed are Alan Dupré Ramírez, who will be in charge of the Sustainable Development Secretariat, and Josué Fernández Fernández, who will be the Transport Coordinator. This new coordinating body, which will replace the new secretariat, will be attached to the Government Headquarters. It should be noted that before the creation of the Ministry’s secretariat with Graco Ramírez, it was a coordinating body attached to the Ministry of Finance.

After the speech, the future officials signed in front of the cameras the Ten Commandments of Transformation, a document that, according to them, will guide the Morena government and that includes moral commitment to the people, voluntary work in favor of disadvantaged communities, honesty, public integrity, etc.
