The transitional president of Guinea has returned from Kigali, where he attended the inauguration ceremony of the President of the Republic of Rwanda, Paul Kagame, yesterday (Sunday, August 11, 2024).
His return comes as sociopolitical figures call for a “Ghost Town Day” to protest against the governance of the National League for Democracy (NLD), the military junta that has been in power since September 5, 2021.
