Libreville, Tuesday, August 20, 2024 (Infos Gabon) – The “Youth – Taxi” program, implemented a few weeks ago, is the concretization of the ambitious plan of the President of the Transition to address youth unemployment and support for economically vulnerable Gabonese (GEF).
The project is managed by the National Employment Promotion Program (PNPE), headed by the Minister of Transport, Merchant Marine and the Sea, Dieudonné Loïc Ndinga Moudouma and Puanne Paulin Moussounda, and its main purpose is to provide employment opportunities for young Gabonese people to become taxi drivers.
In order to participate in this ambitious program, the candidate first needs to pay a deposit of one million (1,100,000) CFA francs and then he commits to paying daily fees to Taxi Gab+ for thirty (30) months with a daily income of twenty thousand (20,000) CFA francs.
In addition, Taxi Gab+ takes care of vehicle maintenance, oil changes, engine cleaning, brake maintenance, while guaranteeing safety and longevity. The “Youth – Taxi” project offers young people in Gabon a real opportunity to integrate sustainably into the job market and overcome the pain of unemployment.
