Our Franchises structure

Types of Franchises
We have categorized our Franchises into several types based on a bi-laterally beneficial business model and operational structure. Here are the main types:


1. Master Franchise
Profile: Franchisees invest in larger-scale operations, typically involving substantial capital to set up news agency offices in their countries
Rights: Franchisees shall have a passive role, while we manage operations.
Examples: Operations management, office setup, software integration, manpower training, etc.

2. City-Wide Franchise
Profile: Franchisees get a complete business format including the brand name, products, services, and operating systems from the master franchisee through us
Rights: Franchisees operate under the franchisor’s established business model.
Examples: same as the country’s franchisee

3. Conversion Franchise
Profile: Existing independent businesses become part of a larger franchise network.
Rights: Businesses retain their existing operations but adopt the franchisor’s brand and systems.
Examples: Existing newspapers, magazines, journals, media and production houses, etc

4. Micro Franchise
Profile: Franchisees operate small, owner-operated businesses, often home-based such as franchised page
Rights: Franchisees have control over day-to-day operations but follow the franchisor’s guidelines.
Examples: Same as the above three in many aspects except that franchisees work for their own page with minimum capital and take advantage of our SAAS

5. Niche Franchise
Profile: Franchisees can focus on specific niche markets or specialized content areas within the news industry, such as sports news, tech news, or financial news.
Rights: Franchisees have creative control over niche content but follow overall franchisor guidelines and use the brand name.
