Waagacusub.net – Former Somali President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo warned on Monday that plans by current President Hassan Sheikh Mohamed to amend the constitution could spark a political crisis.
Farmajo said in a statement that the move could cause divisions and a political crisis among the country’s elite, which currently appears to be united by a controversial maritime access agreement between Ethiopia and Somaliland.
