On Friday night, August 23, many of Ghana’s top celebrities and personalities gathered at the Accra International Conference Centre to support sports journalist-turned-comedian Dan Kweku Yeboah’s debut comedy show.
DKY Comedy and Music Night was the first introduction to comedy for the veteran sports announcer, who has been telling jokes on TV for nearly a decade.
The show held at AICC attracted top Ghanaian celebrities and public figures to show their support for the brand.
Guests attending the event included former President John Agyekum Kufuor, current Second Lady Samira Bawumia, former Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan, among others.
The night also saw musical performances by singers such as Samini and Fameye, as well as other comedy acts.
