For Rent. Visa Guarantee: How to Know If You Qualify?

They are also eligible within six months of a professional transfer or if they have committed to employment for less than three months.

Regardless of age, the rent for a residence (including fees) must not exceed €1,500 in Île-de-France and €1,300 elsewhere.

Since June 4, Visale sponsorship has been open to seasonal workers. “This adaptation responds to the significant economic challenges facing these territories,” Action Logement, the organization that issues the deposits, stressed that it supports employers in the tourism industry by facilitating access to housing for this group of members of the public who face great difficulties in finding rentals.

Therefore, landlords can receive rent arrears compensation for a shortened period of occupancy from 1 month to 9 months (36 months for other beneficiaries).

Rents may not exceed €800 per month in Île-de-France and €600 per month elsewhere (1,300 to 1,500 for other beneficiaries).

Landlords’ rental risk coverage is improved in the event of damage to the accommodation: for accommodation rented to seasonal workers, this can actually be up to three months’ rent, including one month’s worth of furniture damage (compared to two months’ rent, in addition to the security deposits of other tenants).
