For less money, you can live in a bigger apartment than in Bratislava. Slovaks are filling the gap in the domestic workforce with the needs of Austrian villages.

In the Slovak real estate market, property prices have been falling in recent quarters.
However, this phenomenon rarely affects new construction or development projects.
High house prices combined with expensive loans discourage Slovaks from buying new real estate.
However, neighboring Austria offered them a better deal at a lower price.

Today, it is almost impossible for many Slovaks to find a new building in Bratislava at an affordable price. The lucky ones have their own resources at their disposal, which often cover almost the entire area of an apartment. However, some of them still wonder whether it is really worth buying a smaller apartment in the capital for the same price as a larger apartment in the border regions.

Our employees feel at home in the Austrian regions of Kitzsee, Parndorf, Hainburg and Wolfsthal. Not far from Bratislava, the quality of life is high and housing prices are low.
