Five men indicted in connection with  billion cocaine seizure | News

Police have charged five men arrested in connection with the August 6 seizure of $12 billion worth of cocaine in Havendale, St Andrews.

They are Clive Roy Davies, 57, Colin Ricketts, 58, George Stirling, 51, Clayton Peart, 42, and Junior Haldane, 72.

They were all from addresses in Kingston.

They were charged with possession of cocaine, trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in cocaine and conspiracy.

Their court dates have not yet been set.

During the three-hour operation, police found about 2,600 kilograms or 5,569 pounds of cocaine, with a street value of $75.79 million, at the Havendale home.

Two motor vehicles were also seized.
