Finland wins European Women’s Under-16 Championship – Basketball

EraUomi won the European Under-16 Women’s Basketball Championship. In the end, the Finnish team defeated the French team 49-47.

Finland’s top scorer was Jessi Nenonen, who scored 13 points. Next on the list were Aino Koskela and Anna Gardziella, who each scored 10 points. The three also grabbed six rebounds each.

For the French team, Casey-Emma Otto also scored the highest points with 13 points. He also grabbed a total of ten rebounds.

The Coyotes have seven clean wins in this year’s tournament.

The team is coached by Jussi Räikkä from Naantali.
