The family of French explorer Paul-Henri Nalguelet, who died in the Titanic submersible implosion, filed a lawsuit on Tuesday seeking more than $50 million in damages, saying the crew faced “fear and mental anguish” before the disaster and accusing the submersible operator OceanGate of gross negligence.
