“Edward was welcomed into my sister’s house as another son, the same age as his late brother, they gave him an education, they always made sure he had food and everything he needed,” said Lady Martha, very sadly.

Given the uncertainty we all felt about Holman’s disappearance, Dona Fatima told her sister “the child is still in the house because we feel that way and because of Edward’s attitude, because every time news about the case comes out, “he makes me laugh,” said the child’s aunt Fatima.

Holman’s aunt Zoraida expressed her displeasure and rejection of Edward’s criminal behavior toward her brother.

“Whether he has a problem with my sister or a problem with his father, he doesn’t have to take it out on the children.”

The incident took place at 1:20 pm on Sunday, August 18, when Edward Enrique Gaitán Gallegos called the boy to his room, hit him on the head with a stone, covered his mouth with his hands so that he would not speak. scream and began to strangle him.

Since the tragedy, which has brought pain and consternation to Nicaraguan families, came to light, the mother of Edward Enrique Gaitan Gallegos has remained silent, as has the father of the criminal and the parents of the deceased’s children.
