Expat Blog and Video Contest

In order to promote the development of effective financial education dissemination channels and increase awareness of thematic challenges and opportunities facing immigrant groups, it is important to facilitate the direct sharing of immigrants’ experiences.

TBC Education Program The National Bank of Georgia, with the support of its established financial education portal “Finedu”, in partnership with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), announces the “My Migration Journey” blog and video contest.

As part of the competition, people with experience in immigration will write blogs and make videos based on their experiences. The authors will share with the audience the challenges and opportunities that have impacted their or their family’s financial situation on the immigration path, share examples of success and failure, reflect on the importance of knowledge on financial issues, and point out the behaviors and attitudes needed to make wise financial decisions.

Competition entries will be accepted from July 19 to September 30.

The winners of the competition will be announced on International Migrants Day, December 18, 2024.

Within the framework of the competition, six winners will be determined and will be awarded the following prizes:

Category “Blog”:

I put – 2 000 GEL.

II position – 1000 GEL.

III – 500 GEL.

Category “Video”:

1st place – 2,000 GEL.

2nd place – 1,000 GEL.

III – 500 GEL.
